"Kutchie" Pelaez and Anita Pelaez - after perusing Buncombe County land ownership records I've learned this much to be true. Here is that structure today (and any time after the blue building was demolished, some time in '08 or story is this: there was a restaurant in that blue building called Kutchie's Key West Cafe. The story entails an old building in Buncombe County, which can be seen here via Google Maps Street View (circa that little blue building on the right side that says KEY WEST on it. There's something really odd and fascinating here, and we need your help solving it! In case you don't, this is going to be a small information dump, but please, stick with me.
